Protecting your data matters to us. This website collects as little personal data as possible: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content.

2. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies – for example to visitors from the EU – processing is based on Art. 6(1) GDPR, in particular on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (point f).

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) or social media plug-ins. Your language choice is not stored.

4. Fonts

The fonts used (Cormorant Garamond and Inter) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or any other provider is made when you visit the website.

5. Links to Etsy, Instagram and Pinterest

This website contains simple links to our Etsy shop and our profiles on Instagram and Pinterest. Only when you click one of these links do you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Purchases are handled exclusively via Etsy. Etsy is responsible for the data processed in that context (e.g. name, email address, payment details); we only receive the information from Etsy that is needed to fulfil your order. 6. Free coloring page by email (MailerLite)

If you request the free coloring page on the homepage, we process your email address to send you the coloring page and – because you agreed to it – to occasionally tell you about new coloring books and planners. We use the service MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) for sending; your email address is stored with MailerLite for this purpose. When you submit the form, technically necessary data such as the time and your IP address are also transmitted to MailerLite.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email; your address will then no longer be used for sending. For more information, see the MailerLite privacy policy.

7. Contact

If you send us a message via Etsy, we use your details solely to handle your inquiry. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. Simply send us a message via Etsy.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the data protection authority of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version on this page applies.
